1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or written confirmation via WhatsApp or email. We accept cash payments in OMR/AED and bank transfers. Full payment is required 24 hours before the tour departure date.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour departure date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 24-48 hours before departure will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable. No-shows are treated as cancellations.

3. Weather Conditions

Tours are subject to weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather that makes the tour unsafe, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the tour. Full refunds will be provided for weather-related cancellations initiated by us.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

All participants must follow crew instructions and safety guidelines. Participants must be in good health and inform us of any medical conditions before the tour. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

5. Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants. Book Musandam maintains basic operator liability insurance, but this does not cover individual travel insurance needs.

6. Liability

Book Musandam acts in good faith to provide safe and enjoyable experiences. We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Border Crossing

Tours that involve crossing the UAE-Oman border are subject to border regulations and processing times. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents (passport, visa). We are not liable for border-related delays or denials of entry.

8. Photography

We may take photographs during tours for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us in advance.
